Touch is a human need. Our bodies are wired for touching and being touched.
The pleasure and satisfaction of physical intimacy is something most of us want.
We get many mixed messages about touch and pleasure in our society.
Often we have had very little education on mindful, quality touch.
So many of us have difficulties when it comes to physical intimacy and pleasure.
Touch Club will give you simple and practical tools for understanding the dynamics of your touch life.
Practice asking for what you want and expressing your willingness and your limits.
Receive support to understand & respond to your emotions and preferences.
Learn to notice, value, trust, and communicate your experiences with more ease and honesty.
Get more comfortable giving and receiving.
Learn to touch and be touched without the pressure of your day to day relationship dynamics
"I feel more comfortable to speak up for what I want and enjoy, and I feel more disinhibited. This work has helped me integrate so much empowerment." - J.R.

but are just going through the motions with your touch & don't know what to do.
You want to say what you want and express your limits but sometimes you aren't able to in the moment.
Re-enchant your life with the magic of satisfying touch and clear communication.
