In everyday life, you may feel disconnected from your true self.
Day to day there isn't space to feel your heart's desires or touch into the abundant resilience that sustains you.

Allow yourself to unplug, reconnect with nature and your body’s rhythms in supportive community.
Follow the currents of the river to explore your inner longings, pleasures, and creative power.
Open yourself to deep belonging within the natural world.
Cultivate spaciousness through slowing down, embodied practice, and inner reflection.
Embrace your most authentic self.
"I feel the most myself on the river. It reminds me of my wholeness and the illusion of separation. I’m so excited to share deep belonging and the felt sense of being Beloved of the Earth." - Melissa Keller
On this rafting yoga retreat you will embrace connection to your inner rhythms as they mirror nature's cycles.

Claim space to savor the pleasures of slowing down immersed in red rocks, summer sun, and flowing water

Stretch yourself inside and out through yoga and meditation.
Rest deeply, held by the river.
Give yourself the gift of play, exploration, and reflection.

We strive to hold space for you that is inclusive and affirming, that honors the dignity of every life, human and greater than human, the land, and the lineages of these practices.

"Working with Melissa has been nothing short of a gift, a divine intervention if you will. I first met Melissa in her capacity as a yoga for recovery instructor, where she guides practitioners home to themselves amidst the noise and chaos of daily life. I became closer with Melissa through our discussion of Existential Kink [Elliot, 2020], and I felt able to share my deepest, darkest truths with her without fear of judgement or abandonment (hard for me). Melissa is a kind soul who is both willing and able to hold space for others. She listens, she hears, and she shares her perspective if requested. Lastly, Melissa is a radically inclusive individual and inspires me to stay curious, stay evolving, and stay kind. I highly recommend working with Melissa to anyone who feels the call for more love, community, acceptance, and FUN!" - NG, yoga teacher

"I've had the gift of working with Melissa and Andrea individually for many years and have been in community with them for over a decade. The thought of them holding space together feeling like such an exquisite opportunity. They both have such a unique way of embodying deep care for what can feel hard, and deep commitment to embodying joy. They hold space for whats real and alive, and have immense skills and practices for bringing us closer to our true selves. Their meditations, physical practices, and heart connecting will forever shift whoever decides to journey with them." Jennie Pearl, True Roots Wellness

Meet your Outfitter
Your oar-powered river trip will be run by Tsé Kooh Outfitters with

Tsé Kooh is founded on practices of cultural humility & respect, and building relationship of reverence with the land. "I took an 8 week self-compassion class with Andrea in 2020 and found it so beneficial that I took it a second time in 2023. Both times these practices preceded a major turning point in my life. Andrea’s warm and humble presence put me at ease and allowed me to feel like part of the community. Andrea has a gift for teaching in a way that makes you feel as if she is right there with you, learning and growing." - Cori Reyes
"The River Flowing from Sunrise (known as the San Juan) is one place in the world that I feel the most connected, free, and whole. I live on what the river offers for the rest of the year. Looking forward to practicing feeling the truth of being Beloved of the Earth with you this summer solstice." - Andrea Meronuck "
I got to begin and end the summer of 2023 with the San Juan, my first love. This season reminded me that I am beloved of the earth, beloved of community, and my energy is sacred. I am not alone in that. We are all connected and loved by the ecosystems we co-create, and our life force is a manifestation of divine energy. Honor and share it wisely. The other lesson that I’m taking with me from my time on the water is to get into the current of life and row. A deep embodied trust of the flow, and my ability to know what it feels like. To know when I’ve set a good line and can ride the waves." - Melissa Keller
